we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, which means that you will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exchanges can be arranged by coordinating with our customer service team.
We refund the full payment, including transport fees, upon successful return and inspection of the product.
Return Process
Securely package the product, along with the completed format below, and ship it to

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within two weeks.
Please note that the cost of sending the products back to us is to be borne by you.
